Este es el relato de un Ejecutivo que para organizarse le toma un minuto, además es muy práctico, eficaz y objetivo en sus responsabilidades y gran ejemplo con sus influencias hacia los demás. El tiene 3 enfoques que práctica con colaboradores y subordinados:
- La previsión de objetivos por minuto. Aquí anticipa las actividades/meta a realizar por día.
- Los elogios al minuto. En esta parte refuerza la autoestima y seguridad con reconocimientos verbales, por los avances realizados.
- Las reprimiendas al minuto. Aquí se toma el tiempo para identificar lo que se ouede hacer mejor sin dañar los sentimientos de los otros y al finalizar dejar una semilla de esperanza para una mejor labor en el próximo esfuerzo.
Una lectura muy amena y fácil de comprender.
