Since the Book is a sales pitch and the "User Manual" of the fascia blaster I will share my honest experience with the book, product and company. The book is poorly written. The Author spends a large amount of time patting her own back and stroking her over inflated Ego. If you only take one thing from this review.... know that if you buy the fasciablaster you are a science experiment. There are NO long term studies on this product. NONE! Five years down the road when you end up with a degenerative disease or something worse… Please remember you were a science experiment. Ashley Black has no medical, educational, or scientific background in ANYTHING. She is nothing more than a self-professed "guru". I would like you to know that after 7 months and 1000's of hours of heating, oiling, blasting and showering... the cellulite on my legs look worse than before I started despite losing 15 pounds since I started blasting 7 months ago. I have followed her protocols to the letter… I have tried every trick and tip she has posted. I have bought her book and all her products. I have spent over 500.00 with her company not to mention all the other money on oils and heating devices. When I think of all the hours a week I have wasted of my life and taken away from my family and friends, on top of the money for heating, oils and blasters, I wish I had just gone to a cosmetic Surgeon and gotten it fixed in a single day and been on with my life. You really need to know that Fasciablasting is a lifetime commitment. If you stop fasciablasting you will end up looking worse than before you started. Don’t believe me… Ask Ashley Black. She has recently stopped blasting and wow I think her face… her arms… her neck have aged 20 years in a month and her skin looks very saggy. That is what you have to look forward to if you get sick, injured or life gets too busy and you can’t blast for a few weeks, the cellulite will come back way worse and your skin will sag. Once you start, Fasciablasting is a lifetime commitment of 10 + hours per week. How many of us have really have 10 + extra hours a week. How much is an hour of your life really worth? Honestly I wish I had never ever come across the FasciaBlaster. I was going on a cruise and was looking for a quick fix for cellulite. I came across the FasciaBlaster and saw all the amazing... "Instant" results posted on her webpage and facebook pages. I thought this would be an easy fix. Two months later I went on my cruise looking much worse than before I started. In my honest opinion, I got scammed by all the deceptive before and after photos Ashely posts in order to sell her fasciablaster to naïve customers that don’t understand how misleading the photos actually are. I figured this out rather quickly while taking my own before and after photos. One minute… my results looked remarkably better. Two minutes later under different lighting I would look remarkably worse. Cellulite is very photosensitive so please take any before and after photos with a grain of salt unless you are a photographer and really understand how easily the look of cellulite can be manipulated by lighting, body position, or distance. They don't tell you this upfront but I got bad bruise staining from blasting my legs. If you don't know what that is, it looks like I slapped brown mud or dirt all over my legs. It is ugly and after 7 months it hasn’t gone away. It reminds me of gigantic liver spots. When I sought help on the main group everyone tried to make me feel like it was my fault... but that is how Ashley Black allows her group to treat customers who have valid concerns, injuries or any question that might cast doubt about her product. Ashley Black’s groupies are allowed to attack and discredit anything that might reduce sales… while venomously claiming they do not tolerate negativity. I also blasted my face. The first 4 months I was actually thrilled with the results and then my face ended up looking much worse than before I started. When I
