The Office's staff provides expert opinions, guidance, and direction to executives, managers, and employees on equal employment opportunity and affirmative action issues. 5 Affirmative Employment Program Objective: To insure that equal opportunity principles are applied and special concerns of minorities and women are addressed in the development, implementation, and evaluation of all personnel actions relating to: Discrimination Complaints Processing Program.
