SUPREME COURT OF LOUISIANA.

Addition to Rule XII.'1

The service of notice of intention to apply for certiorari or writ of review, under article 101 of the constitution, followed by filing the application therefor within the time allowed by the constitution, shall have the effect of suspending any further proceeding in the case, either in the court of appeals or the courts of the first instance, until the further order of this court, and the clerk will notify the court of appeals in each instance of the filing here of such application.

"Order Relieving Judge Robert Hingle, and Appointing Judge Charles Kilbourne to Act on the Court of Appeals in and for the Parish of Washington."

"District Judge Robert Hingie, because of illness, is temporarily relieved of duty on the Circuit Bench, Court of Appeals, for the Parish of Washington, and District Judge Charles Kilbourne is hereby assigned to sit on the Bench of the Court of Appeals in and for said Parish of Washington, as one of the judges thereof, until otherwise directed."
