Senate Chamber, Lansing, Thursday, February 5, 1925.

2:00 o'clock p. m.

The Senate met pursuant to adjournment and was called to order by Senator Vincent A. Martin, who had been designated by the President as temporary presiding officer for this day.

The roll of the Senate was called by the Secretary.

Present:

Senators Gansser, Leland, Martin-3; not a quorum.

Mr. Gansser moved that the Senate adjourn.

The motion prevailed.

The presiding officer declared the Senate adjourned until tomorrow, Friday, February 6, at 2:00 o'clock p. m.

The Senate met pursuant to adjournment and was called to order by Senator George Leland, who had been designated by the President as temporary presiding officer for this day.

The roll of the Senate was called by the Secretary.

Present:

Senators Leland and Martin-2; not a quorum.

Mr. Martin moved that the Senate adjourn.

The motion prevailed.

The presiding officer declared the Senate adjourned until tomorrow, Saturday, February 7, at 2 o'clock p. m.

Present: Senators Martin and Wilcox-2; not a quorum.

Mr. Martin moved that the Senate adjourn.

The motion prevailed.

The presiding officer declared the Senate adjourned until Monday, February 9, at 2:00 o'clock p. m.
