MORNING :

"My tongue shall speak of Thy righteousness and of Thy praise all the day long.”—Psa. xxxv. 28.

Thy grace can lift each drooping head,
Thy power all means employ;
About Thy footsteps light is shed;
Around Thy dealings, joy.

NOON :

“He heareth the prayer of the righteous."-Prov. xv. 29.

Boundless wisdom, power divine,
Love unspeakable, are Thine;
Wisdom, Lord, to me be given,
Wisdom pure which comes from heaven.

EVENING:-
:-

Do I rejoice in God's pardoning love?-(Acts xvi. 34.)

He passes all our follies by,

And all our sins forgives;

His wrath doth in a moment die,
His love for ever lives.

MORNING :

'My tongue shall sing ALOUD of Thy righteousness.”—Psă. li. 14.

Awake, ye saints, and raise your eyes,
And lift your voices high;

Extol the sovereign love that shows
Our full redemption nigh.

NOON :

"He giveth grace unto the lowly.” -Prov. iii. 34.

Millions of happy spirits live

On Thine exhaustless store,

From Thee they all their bliss receive,
And still Thou givest more.

EVENING:

:

Do I thirst after God's presence?—

(Psa. xlii. 1.)

No voice but Thine can give me rest,
And bid my fears depart;

No love but Thine can make me blest,
And satisfy my heart.

MORNING :

"Thus will I bless Thee while I live."-Psa. lxiii. 4.

I'll lift my hands, I'll raise my voice,
While I have breath to pray or praise;
This work shall make my heart rejoice,
And fill the remnant of my days.

NOON:

"A man's heart deviseth his way; but the Lord directeth his steps."Prov. xvi. 9.

What though He let thee not perform
Some good and loved design?

Thou wouldst not wish Him to conform
His perfect will to thine!

EVENING:

Do I submit to God's will?-(Acts

xxi. 14.)

Thy ways, O Lord, with wise design,
Áre framed upon Thy throne above;

And every dark and bending line
Meets in the centre of Thy love.

MORNING :

"Who will go for us? then said I, Here am I, send me.”—Isa. vi. 8.

The Master whom you serve
Will needful strength bestow;
Depending on His promised aid,
With sacred courage go.

NOON :

"He that winneth souls is wise."

Prov. xi. 30.

Let love its angel-hand extend

To those who linger in the plain,
With gentle care their steps befriend,
Till Zoar's safe refuge they attain.

EVENING:

Is work for Christ a pleasure to me? —(1 Cor. ix. 17.)

Come, Lord, when grace has made me meet,

Thy blessed face to see,

For if Thy work on earth be sweet,

What will Thy glory be?

MORNING :

"So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the Gospel."-Rom. i. 15.

Suppress my shame, subdue my fear,
Arm me with heavenly zeal,

That I may make Thy power appear,
And works of praise fulfil.

NOON :

"Be not thou...ashamed of the testimony of our Lord."-2 Tim. i. 8.

I'm not ashamed to own my Lord,
Or to defend His cause,
Maintain the honour of His word,
The glory of His cross.

EVENING:

Is the gospel of Christ -(Rom. i. 16.)

my

treasure?

Thanks we give, and adoration,
For Thy gospel's joyful sound;
May the fruits of Thy salvation
In our hearts and lives abound.
