This is the General Title proposed by the Commissioners on Uniformity of Laws, and used in many of the States. It has been held sufficiently comprehensive under a constitutional provision providing that no law shall embrace more than one subject to be expressed in the title. Gilley v. Harrell (Tenn.), 101 S.
