The People of the State of Michigan enact:

AN ACT to prohibit the taking of perch with nets or the use of any nets of a smaller mesh than four inches, as used, out of certain portions of Grand Traverse bay.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

1. Beginning on the west shore of the east arm of Grand Traverse bay on the town line between town twenty-nine and thirty north of range ten west, thence extending east into Grand Traverse bay until such line intersects a line drawn north and south touching the most easterly part of the point forming Old Mission harbor, thence north along said line to its intersection with the shore line, thence following the shore line around the harbor to the point of beginning.

2. Beginning on the east shore of the west arm of Grand Traverse bay on the section line between sections twenty-eight and thirty-three, town twenty-nine north of range ten west, thence extending west into Grand Traverse bay until such line intersects a line drawn north and south touching the most westerly part of the point forming the harbor known as Bowers harbor, thence north along said line to its intersection with the shore line, thence following the shore line around the harbor to the point of beginning.
