Pursuant to the provisions of an act to amend an act entitled: "An act to repeal an act entitled: 'An act authorizing the publication of the decisions of the Supreme Court of Porto Rico and of the United States District Court for the District of Porto Rico and making an appropriation therefor,' approved February 6, 1902, and 'to provide for the publication of the decisions of the Supreme Court of Porto Rico and making an appropriation therefor,' approved March 12, 1908, and for other purposes," approved March 10, 1910, this volume of opinions is published in English only, entitled "Porto Rico Reports." The two first volumes of the official collection were published in Spanish only and were entitled "Sentencias del Tribunal Supremo de Puerto Rico;" volumes 3, 4, 5 and 6, were published in Spanish and English and are entitled "Porto Rico Reports;" and from the present volume, which is the eighth, the publication will thereafter continue to be made in separate volumes of English and of Spanish, the former under the title of "Porto Rico Reports."
