AMENDMENT.

Strike out the seventh Section and substitute therefor the following.

SEC. 7. Be it further enacted, That nothing in 2 this act contained shall be construed to revive any 3 ferry right heretofore existing, now lost, by any for4 mer owner or owners, nor to abridge, annul or dimin5 ish any existing right, nor to enlarge or renew any 6 former right or franchise existing in any individual or 7 body corporate in the ferry aforesaid or any other 8 ferry, nor to authorize nor sanction the transfer of 9 any ferry belonging to the Commonwealth, nor to as10 sert that any right now exists in the Commonwealth, 11 nor to restrain the grant of any other ferry in the 12 same way it might be made, if this act had not passed.
