THE Ninety-ninth Annual Meeting of the Society was held at Burlington, January 24th, 1865.

The President, Dr. Hunt, in the chair.

Certificates of delegates were read and accepted; also certificates from corresponding societies, and the delegates, on motion, were invited to take seats and participate in the discussions.
