The message was referred to the committee on executive business. The committee on executive business submitted the following report: The committee on executive business, to whom was referred the messages of the Governor transmitting nominations to the offices of members of the Advisory Board in the matter of pardons; member of the State Board of Pharmacy; and member of the commission to arrange for the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the admission of Michigan into the Union, would respectfully report that they have had the same under consideration and recommend that the Senate do advise and consent to the said several nominations, and ask to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject.
