REAPPROPRIATIONS - STATE OPERATIONS

§ 3. The several amounts named herein, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to accomplish the purpose designated, being the unexpended balance of former appropriations, are hereby reappropriated in the fund indicated and made available for the same purposes as the former appropriations unless otherwise changed and specified, for the year beginning on the first day of April, nineteen hundred eighty-five.
