This volume contains all earlier decisions not previcusly reported; and also includes, as of the August term, 1878, a considerable number of cases which were pending on motion for rehearing at the date above named, but have since been disposed of. Only three cases remain unpublished besides those belonging strictly to the calendar of the current term.
