SECTION 2. . That section 553 of the Revised Statutes, as Repeals, etc. amended April 25, 1891, be and the same is hereby repealed; and this act shall take effect on its passage.

AN ACT

To amend section one of an act entitled "An act to exempt from taxation

the benevolent fund of 'Indiana yearly meeting of friends,”” passed
June 20, 1879. (Vol. 76, page 184, 0. L.)

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State Taxation : of Ohio, That section one of an act entitled "An act to exempt from taxation the benevolent fund of Indiana yearly meeting of friends,” be amendel so as to read as follows, passed June 20, 1879 (O. L., vol. 76, p. 184):

Sec. 1. All moneys, funds or credits belonging to the Benevolent representative body of Indiana meeting of friends or the re- from temateu. ligious society known as the German baptists or dunkers in this state, which moneys, funds or credits or the income therefrom shall be exclusively used for the support of] the poor of such denomination, society or congregation, shall be exempt from taxation; and the person or persons having the care and supervision of such moneys, funds or credits, shall not be required to return or list the same for taxation. SECTION 2. That said section one of an act entitled “An

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
