CHAPTER I.

AN ACT authorizing allowances in aid of Agricultural-Asgociations.

[APPROVED MARCH 3, 1877.1

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Board of Com. State of Indiana, That the Board of Commissioners of any which may make county, containing taxable property of the value of twenty Generals and to millions of dollars or more, as shown by the tax duplicate Agricultural Soof such county for the year 1876, may, in their discretion, nation. make an allowance out of the general fund of such county to any agricultural society, or organization having for its purpose the promotion of the agricultural and horticultural interests of the county, already or hereafter organized, subject to the provisions in the next section contained.

SEC. 2.
