INTRODUCTION

Mr. ROYBAL. The committee will now hear from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center with regard to their budgetary request for 1985. Mr. Rinkevich, I understand you have a prepared statement. You may submit that for the record. If you desire, you may summarize.

Before you proceed, I understand that you have a motion picture you want to show us. We will have to appear before the full Committee on Appropriations at 12:00 o'clock-Mr. Gunnels and myself. Would it be possible, then, to see the picture between now and 12:00? How long does it take?

Mr. RINKEVICH. Ten minutes.

Mr. ROYBAL. Then we could do it. After the picture, Mr. Hoyer will be the chairman, and he will conduct the rest of the hearing. If you don't mind, we would like to see the picture. I would like to see it before I leave.

Mr. WALKER. Mr. Chairman, I just would say I also have a brief prepared statement which I can give after the picture is shown. Mr. ROYBAL. Thank you.
