The following rates of commission and brokerage, being just and reasonable, are hereby established as the minimum charges which shall be made for the transaction of the business hereinafter specified, by members of this Association : For receiving, selling and accounting for the following kinds of property For the sale of property on consignment: Wheat, rye and barley, by car-load lots, in store, free on board cars or vessels, on track, delivered or to be shipped from any other point.... In cases where the transaction is made for members of the Board one-half the last-named schedule may be charged. CHICAGO ELEVATOR WAREHOUSES. The following warehouses have been declared Regular Warehouses for the storage of grain and flaxseed under the rules of the Board of Trade of the City of Chicago and the regulations and requirements of its Board of On all grain and flaxseed received in bulk and inspected in good condition, three-quarters (%) of one (1) cent per bushel for the first ten (10) days or part thereof, and one-fourth (14) of one (1) cent per bushel for each additional ten (10) days or part thereof, so long as it remains in good condition. On grain damp or liable to early damage as indicated by its inspection when received, two (2) cents per bushel for the first ten (10) days or part thereof, and one-half (2) of one (1) cent per bushel for each additional five (5) days or part thereof. No grain will be received in store until it has been inspected and graded by authorized inspectors, unless by special agreement. GRAIN INSPECTION.
