This has been the policy of the paper for so long a time that its readers have full confidence in any one who can buy space in its columns. The usual trouble is that we have not space enough for all the first class adver tisers that want it. We have just so much space for advertising and when that is all taken not another line is accepted from any one at any price. Those who come early are most likely to find the door still open.
