The delayed appearance of these rules, announced long since, has been occasioned, in part, by the destruction of a portion of the matter by fire, and the consequent additional work necessitated, The annotations, with citations of cases by title and page, will, we trust, prove a feature of the work of value equal to the painstaking labor and additional expense made necessary by their addition.
