Amendatory documents which were promulgated during any part of this p but which were not in effect on December 31, 1960, are not carried in full Citations to such documents are carried in notes entitled "Prior Amendm All documents directly affecting Parts 1 to 145 of Title 46 issued during 1953are tabulated in the "List of Sections Affected" appearing at the end of this P Supplement. Citations of authority have been supplied only for those sections not cover the authority cited in the Code.
