An Act to Amend" The Grand Sessions and
Criminal Law (Procedure) Act, 1891."

E it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly of this island, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. Section fourteen of "The Grand Sessions and Criminal Law (Procedure) Act, 1891," and head note are hereby repealed, and the following section and head note shall be substituted therefor, that is to say,

3. Table B, Exemptions from Duty, in the schedule of " The Customs" Tariff Act 1891" shall be amended by adding the words" provided always that the importa"tion of books shall be subject to the pro"visions of copyright laws" at the end of

the paragraph of such table relating to books &c., and beginning with the word 66 books" and ending with the words "other Works of Art."

The Commissioners for the revision of the laws are hereby required in preparing and printing the new edition of the
