Table B, Exemptions from Duty, in the schedule of " The Customs" Tariff Act 1891" shall be amended by adding the words" provided always that the importa"tion of books shall be subject to the pro"visions of copyright laws" at the end of the paragraph of such table relating to books &c., and beginning with the word 66 books" and ending with the words "other Works of Art." 4. The Commissioners for the revision of the laws are hereby required in preparing and printing the new edition of the Printing of Act laws to make the additions in "The Trade in new edition of Act, 1891" and "The Customs' Tariff Act, the laws. 1891" required by this Act, and this Act, shall not be inserted in such edition further or otherwise than is herein specified.
