Respectfully report that they have had the same under consideration, and have directed me to report the same back to the Senate, with the accompanying substitute therefor, entitled

A bill to amend sections 8 and 9 of Act No. 119 of the Public Acts of 1893, entitled "An Act to define what shall constitute fraternal beneficiary societies, orders or associations; to provide for their incorporation and the regulation of their business, and for the punishment for violation of the provisions of the Act of their incorporation, and to repeal all existing Acts inconsistent therewith," the same being sections 7747 and 7748 of the Compiled Laws of 1897; and to add two new sections to said Act, to stand as sections 21 and 22.

Recommending that the substitute be concurred in, and that the substitute do pass, and ask to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject.
