A bill relative to granting, regulating and licensing the business of hawking and peddling goods, wares and merchandise in the several counties of this State, and to repeal all Acts or parts of Acts in any way contravening any of the provisions of this Act, and to provide for a penalty for the violation thereof.

The motion prevailed, and the title was so amended.

The title, as amended, was then agreed to.
