A bill to amend sections 3 and 4 of Act 429 of the Local Acts of 1887, entitled "An Act to revise and amend an Act, entitled 'An Act to organize the union school district of Bay City,' approved April 13, 1887," as amended by Act 429 of the Local Acts of 1897, approved May 7, 1897;

Respectfully report that they have had the same under consideration, and have directed me to report the same back to the Senate with the accompanying amendments thereto, recommending that the amend ments be concurred in and that the bill, when so amended, do pass, and ask to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject. Mr. Westover moved to amend the title so as to read as follows: A bill to amend section 3 of Act 429 of the Local Acts of 1887, entitled "An Act to revise and amend an Act, entitled 'An Act to organize the union school district of Bay City,' approved April 13, 1887," as amended by Act 429 of the Local Acts of 1897, approved May 7, 1897. The motion prevailed, and the title was so amended.

The title, as amended, was then agreed to.
