Section 1. That section 1 of Act No. 425, Local Acts 1895, approved May 21, 1895, entitled "An Act to provide for and fix and limit the compensation and to prescribe the duties of certain officers and employes of the County of Wayne," be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

The amendment was adopted.
