By striking out of line 9 of section 1 the words "primary" and "interest" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "teachers' pension." 2. By striking out of line 2 of section 5 the words "primary" and "interest" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "teachers' pension." 3. By adding to section 6 the following: "This act shall not apply in school districts where a pension system is in operation in accordance with the provisions of any public or local act in force when it becomes effective." Also: Senate bill No. 295 (file No. 273), entitled A bill to create and establish a State law library and provide for its management, control and maintenance; Has amended the same as follows: 1. By striking out of line 3 of section 3 the words "who shall be an attorney at law and." 2. There shall be available for the State law library the sum of two thousand dollars for each of the fiscal years ending June 30, 1912, and June 30, 1913, of the appropriation heretofore made by Senate enrolled Act No. 12 of the Session of 1911, for the State library, to be used for the purchase of books, which sum shall be paid out of the general fund of the State Treasury to the State Law Librarian, at such times and in such amounts as the general accounting laws of the State prescribe, and the disbursing officer shall render his accounts to the Auditor General thereunder. 7. By renumbering section 12 to stand as section 9.
