1. By striking out of line 1 of section 2 the words "Thirty-seven thousand two hundred fifty dollars" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Fifteen thousand five hundred dollars."

2. By striking out of lines 3 and 4 of section 2 the words "For the erection, furnishing and equipping of an assembly hall and play-room, twenty thousand dollars."

3. By striking out of lines 11 and 12 of section 2 the words "For installing mechanical smokeless stokers at Brown Hall, one thousand seven hundred fifty dollars."

4. By striking out of lines 2 and 3 of section 4 the words "one hundred twenty-two thousand two hundred fifty dollars" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "one hundred thousand five hundred dollars." Recommend that the amendments be concurred in, and that when so amended the bill pass.

1. By striking out of lines 1 and 2 of section 1 the words "one hundred thirty-one thousand seven hundred forty-seven dollars and thirteen cents" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "one hundred twenty-five thousand one hundred two dollars and thirteen cents.”

2. By striking out of lines 5 and 6 of section 1 the words "one thousand two hundred and ninety dollars" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "five hundred ninety dollars."

3. By striking out of lines 7 and 8 of section 1 the words "for remodeling old power house for laundry and tailor shop, two thousand five hundred dollars."

4. By striking out of lines 10 and 11 of section 1 the words "one thousand nine hundred forty-five dollars" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "one thousand dollars."

5. By striking out of lines 12 and 13 of section 1 the words "for electric motor and apparatus for hospital elevator, two thousand five hundred dollars."

6. By striking out of lines 2 and 3 of section 5 the words "one hundred thirty-one thousand seven hundred forty-seven dollars and thirteen cents" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "one hundred twentyfive thousand, one hundred two dollars and thirteen cents.”

Recommend that the amendments be concurred in, and that when so amended the bill pass.
