(2) Section 7, line 1, after the word "officer" insert the words "or agent." (3) Section 7, line 2, after the word "expense," insert the following: "or shall make false statements concerning the purpose, scope or effect of any proposed legislation or constitutional amendment, as inducement to secure signatures to any petition to initiate legislation or for a constitutional amendment,".
