IN venturing to present these Stories to the Public, I cannot but feel apprehensive as to the reception they may meet with; and in spite of the kind encouragement I have received from many friends, I dare not feel sure that I am not obtruding wearisome pages upon the reader, instead of a little volume of Instructive Scripture Narrative.
