Senate bill No. 177 (file No. 146), entitled

A bill to amend section 9 of Part V of Act No. 10 of the Public Acts of 1912, First Extra Session, entitled "An act to promote the welfare of the people of this State, relating to the liability of employers for injuries. or death sustained by their employes, providing compensation for the accidental injury to or death of employes and methods for the payment of the same, establishing an Industrial Accident Board, defining its powers, providing for a review of its awards, making an appropriation to carry out the provisions of this act, and restricting the rights to compensation or damages in such cases to such as are provided by this act," and to add two new sections to said Part V, to stand as sections 12 and 13 thereof. Senate bill No. 183 (file No. 147), entitled

A bill exempting from taxation in this State all credits, including bills

receivable, accounts receivable and promissory notes, not secured by mortgage or lien upon real estate, and repealing all acts or parts of acts inconsistent thereto.

A bill to amend section 5 of Act No. 213 of the Public Acts of 1909, entitled "An act to regulate the taking of fish in the waters of lakes Superior, Michigan, Huron and Erie, the bays thereof, and the connecting waters between said lakes within the jurisdiction of this State and to regulate the transportation, sale and possession of fish taken from said waters," approved June 2, 1909, as amended, being compilers' section 7677 of the Compiled Laws of 1915.

A bill to amend sections 5 and 6 of Act No. 213 of the Public Acts of 1909, entitled "An act to regulate the taking of fish in the waters of lakes Superior, Michigan, Huron and Erie, the bays thereof and the connecting waters between said lakes within the jurisdiction of this State, and to regulate the transportation, sale and possession of fish taken from said waters," approved June 2, 1909, as amended, being compilers' sections 7677 and 7678 of the Compiled Laws of 1915.

Senate bill No. 188 (file No. 152), entitled

A bill to provide for justices' courts in cities in this State having over two hundred fifty thousand inhabitants, the number of justices of the peace comprising such courts and the powers and duties thereof, and to repeal Act No. 475 of the Local Acts of 1903 and acts amendatory thereof.

Senate bill No. 191 (file No. 153), entitled

A bill to prohibit the bringing, carrying or transporting into, or possession within this State, of any vinous, malt, brewed, fermented, spirituous or intoxicating liquors except for medicinal, mechanical, chemical, scientific or sacramental purposes, and to provide a penalty for the violation thereof.

A joint resolution proposing an amendment to section 3 of article XVII of the Constitution of this State, providing for the printing of all constitutional amendments and other special questions on a single ballot. Senate bill No. 102 (file No. 155), entitled

A bill to amend section 20 of Act No. 183 of the Public Acts of 1897, entitled "An act to provide for the appointment and to fix the term of office, duties and compensation of circuit court stenographers in the State of Michigan," approved May 29, 1897, the same being section 14486 of the Compiled Laws of 1915.

Senate bill No. 192 (file No. 156), entitled

A bill to amend chapter 2 of Act No. 314 of the Public Acts of 1915, entitled "An act to revise and consolidate the statutes relating to the organization and jurisdiction of the courts of this State; the powers and duties of such courts, and of the judges and other officers thereof; the forms of civil actions; the time within which civil actions and proceedings may be brought in said courts; pleading, evidence, practice and procedure in civil actions and proceedings in said courts; to provide remedies and penalties for the violation of certain provisions of this act; and to repeal all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with, or contravening any of the provisions of this act," said chapter being compilers' sections 12083 and 12228, both inclusive, of the Compiled Laws of Michigan, 1915, by adding thereto a new section to stand as section 46 (a.)

Senate bill No. 198 (file No. 159), entitled

A bill authorizing and empowering the creation of trusts for the benefit of municipalities and the inhabitants of municipalities in this State, the funds in such fund being held and used for public, educational, charitable and benevolent purposes.
