By striking out of line 1 of section 2 the words "thirteen thousand two hundred fifty" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "seventy thousand." 2. By striking out all of lines 5, 6, 7 and 8 of section 2. The motion did not prevail and the amendments were not adopted, a majority of all the members-elect not voting therefor.
