APPROPRIATION-UNIVERSITY PREPARATORY SCHOOL

CLAREMORE.

AN ACT making an appropriation for the support and maintenance of the Eastern University Preparatory School located at Claremore, Oklahoma, for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1916, and June 30, 1917.

Be It Enacted By The People Of The State Of Oklahoma:

Appropriations-Support and Maintenance.

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary for the support and maintenance of the Eastern University Preparatory School, located at Claremore, Oklahoma, for the

fiscal years ending June 30, 1916, and June 30, 1917, to be apportioned as follows:

For support and maintenance, including repairs and permanent equip ment for the year 1916.---

For support and maintenance including repairs and permanent equipment for the year 1917

For heating plant

Approved (with the exception of the item "for heating plant $10,000.00 which item is disapproved, otherwise the bill is approved.) This 5th day of April, 1915.

EMPLOYMENT BUREAU AT TULSA.

AN ACT authorizing the Commissioner of Labor to establish a branch of the Oklahoma Free Employment Bureau at Tulsa, Oklahoma, providing for an attendant and fixing salary thereof; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted By The People Of The State Of Oklahoma:

Free Employment Bureau at Tulsa.

Section 1. That the Commissioner of Labor is hereby authorized to establish at Tulsa, Oklahoma, a branch of the Oklahoma free employment bureau, and to appoint an attendant for said agency whose salary shall not exceed the sum of $900.00 per annum, and all necessary expenses in
