MOTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS. Mr. Youmans moved to reconsider the vote by which the Senate, on Friday last concurred in the recommendation of the committee of the whole and struck out all after the enacting clause of House bill No. 166 (file No. 159), entitled A bill to amend Secs. 1 and 2 of act No. 186 of the public acts of 1867, entitled "An act to authorize dissection in certain cases, for the advancement of science," approved March 27, 1867, as amended by the several acts amendatory thereof; Which motion prevailed. The question then being on concurring in the recommendation of the committee of the whole, that all after the enacting clause of the bill be stricken out of the bill, The Senate did not concur.
