Miller, secretary of the Young Men's Christian Association, of Lansing. The roll of the House was called by the Clerk, who announced that a quorum was present. Messrs. Evens, Ewing, Follett, Haviland, William F. Jerome and Stevens were absent with leave. Messrs. Sheridan Ford, Green, Keen, Koehler, Lamphere, McMillan, Martz, Moore, Stevenson, Sherman and Wieland were absent without leave.
