A composer/lyric-writer ... and piano teacher for close to four decades, the author has enjoyed contributing locally to church music ministry. She was earlier privileged to provide Hay River's celebrated NWT Centennial Choir with musical support during (1970) commemorative performance tours. The author has served on mission hospital and seniors' care facility governing boards and assisted in the establishment of a local feed-the-hungry initiative. Inspirational writing and the creative arts are among her personal passions.
