New Buildings in the City of New-York.

The number of new buildings of all classes erected in the city during 1839, was 674, which is 107 less than in the preceding year. Reports of the number of buildings erected in each year, have been made by the city inspectors to the Common Council, for but six years past -the aggregate of each report being as follows:
