Of the balance to the credit of fulfilling treaty stipulations with the Cherokees, under the treaty of July 19, 1866, which is set down at $40, 354 15, this office is only cognizant of $30, 354 15; and of the balance to the credit of surveying Cherokee neutral lands, $15,000, this office is not cognizant of any such account.
