Sections added to acts or chapters since the compilation of 1915 and which have been subsequent -
y amended or repealed are cited by reference to the first and last sections of the act or chapter; in the
case of sections inserted in the body of the act or chapter, reference includes the first section of the act
or chapter, and the section preceding.
