The women are Miriam, Deborah, Jephthah's daughter, &c, who sang the triumphs of the victorious army. 12. They of the household; i.e., the women who stayed at home. See Judges v. 30. 13. i.e., Though ye have been in dirt and wretchedness, ye shall be bright and beautiful.
