D. 1819, Harrison Hall, of the said district, hath deposited in this office the title of a book, the right whereof he claims as proprietor, in the words following, to wit: “ Letters from the British Settlement in Pennsylvania , to which are added, the Constitutions of the United States, and of Pennsylvania ; and extracts from laws respecting aliens and naturalized citizens.
