Each of said amounts shall be used solely for the specific purposes herein stated, subject to the general supervisory control of the state administrative board: Provided, That all food raised on the farm is also hereby appropriated to said institution for such purpose: Provided further, That the proceeds from the sales of food and supplies shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the general fund.

SEC. 2. The amounts hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the state treasury, at such times and in such manner as is or may be provided by law.

SEC. 3. All fees or other moneys received by said Michigan school for the deaf shall be forwarded to the state treasurer each month and shall be by said treasurer deposited in the state treasury to be disbursed in such manner and for such purposes as may be provided by law.

SEC. 4. The auditor general shall incorporate in the state tax for the years nineteen hundred twenty-three and nineteen hundred twenty-four, sufficient amounts to reimburse the general fund for the appropriations hereby made.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.

AN ACT to make appropriations for the Michigan soldiers' home for the fiscal years ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty-four, and June thirty, nineteen hundred twentyfive, for maintenance, operation and other purposes.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

AN ACT to prohibit the taking of perch with nets or the use of any nets of a smaller mesh than four inches, as used, out of certain portions of Grand Traverse bay.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Beginning on the west shore of the east arm of Grand Traverse bay on the town line between town twenty-nine and thirty north of range ten west, thence extending east into Grand Traverse bay until such line intersects a line drawn north and south touching the most easterly part of the point forming Old Mission harbor, thence north along said line to its intersection with the shore line, thence following the shore line around the harbor to the point of beginning.

2. Beginning on the east shore of the west arm of Grand Traverse bay on the section line between sections twenty-eight and thirty-three, town twenty-nine north of range ten west, thence extending west into Grand Traverse bay until such line intersects a line drawn north and south touching the most westerly part of the point forming the harbor known as Bowers harbor, thence north along said line to its intersection with the shore line, thence following the shore line around the harbor to the point of beginning.

AN ACT to amend sections six, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen and twenty-two of act two hundred thirty-eight of the public acts of eighteen hundred ninety-seven, as amended, entitled "An act for the ascertainment and protection of the interests of the state in escheated estates," the same being compiler's sections three hundred twenty-two, three hundred thirty-one, three hundred thirty-two, three hundred thirty-three and three hundred thirty-eight of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

SECTION 1. Sections six, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen and twenty-two of act two hundred thirty-eight of the public acts of eighteen hundred ninety-seven, as amended, entitled "An act for the ascertainment and protection of the interests of the state in escheated estates," the same being compiler's sections three hundred twenty-two, three hundred thirty-one, three hundred thirty-two, three hundred thirty-three and three hundred thirty-eight of the compiled laws of nineteen hundred fifteen, are hereby amended to read as follows:

SEC. 6. On the thirtieth day of June in every year after the taking effect of this act it shall be the duty of each person, co-partnership, company or corporation who shall be engaged in the trust business or the business of banking within this state, and as a part of such business, receive in any manner whatever, moneys or securities of persons upon deposit, to make a report as hereinafter provided. Such report shall be made to the commissioner of banking and shall contain a truthful statement in detail of the following matters, viz.:

First, The name of the person making a deposit or deposits with such person, co-partnership, company or corporation where the person making such deposits has not had any dealings with such co-partnership, company or corporation in relation to such deposits for a period of seven years or more after the date of the last deposit made by such person.

Second, The amount and date of such deposit and whether the same are in money or securities, and if the latter, the nature of the same;

Third, Any interest due on such deposits, if any, and the amount thereof;

Fourth, The sum total of such deposits, together with the interest added thereto due from such person, co-partnership, company or corporation on account of such deposit or deposits and interest thereon to such depositor, but nothing contained herein shall require any corporation or person renting locked boxes or safes in vaults for storage purposes to open or report concerning property stored therein. Such report itemized as aforesaid shall be signed by the person making the same and
