House Bill No. 381 (file No. 232), entitled

A bill to amend section 1 of Act No. 360 of the Public Acts of 1913, entitled "An act to provide for the cultivation and increase of wild life in this State by means of the establishment and maintenance of game refuges on private and public lands, for the preservation of water fowl, wading, game, insectivorous and other birds, in the interest of agriculture, also game and fur-bearing animals in this State," being section 7558 of the Compiled Laws of 1915,

Was read a third time, and, the question being on its passage,

Mr. Gardner moved to amend the bill striking out of lines 5 and 6 of section 1 the words "State Game, Fish and Forestry Warden" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Director of Conservation."

The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted, a majority of all the members elect voting therefor.

Mr. Gardner moved to amend the bill by striking out of line 25 of section 1 the words "State Game, Fish and Forestry Warden" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Director of Conservation".

The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted, a majority of all the members-elect voting therefor.

Mr. Preston moved to amend the bill by striking out of line 10 of section 1 the words "bunches shall be packed stems down" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "bunches shall be packed with stems concealed as nearly as may be." The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted, a majority of all the members-elect voting therefor.

Mr. Preston moved to amend the bill by striking out of line 7 of section 2 the words "bunches used for facing shall be packed with stems down" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "facing bunches shall be packed with stems concealed as nearly as may be."
