A bill to make an additional appropriation for the building of armories, With the recommendation that the following amendments be adopted and that the bill then pass:

1. Amend section 2 by inserting in line 3, after the word "armories", the words "and any sums heretofore appropriated for the building of said armories and remaining unexpended shall continue to be available therefor:"

2. Amend by striking out all of section 3 and inserting in lieu thereof a new section to stand as section 3, and to read as follows: "Sec. 3. The State Administrative Board shall determine the times when the amounts thereof which the condition of the general fund of the State will warrant making expenditures therefrom against the appropriations herein authorized."

The question being on the adoption of the amendments to the bill recommended by the committee,

The amendments were adopted.

The bill was ordered printed, referred to the Committee of the Whole and placed on the general orders.

A bill to amend Act No. 84, Public Acts of 1909-an act to increase the efficiency of the military establishment,

A bill to amend section 59, chapter 14, Revised Statutes of 1846-to fix minimum salaries of prosecuting attorneys,

With the recommendation that the following amendments be adopted and that the bill then pass:

1. Amend by striking out of line 24 of section 59 the word "seven" and inserting in lieu there of the word "five".

2. Amend by striking out of line 24 of section 59 the words "and fifty". The question being on the adoption of the amendments to the bill recommended by the committee,
