Senate Bill No. 169 (file No. 150), entitled

A bill to amend section 4 of chapter 42 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, "Of the Maintenance of Illegitimate Children", being section 7756 of the Compiled Laws of 1915,

Was read a third time and passed, a majority of all the members-elect voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
