Sir I hereby certify that the cash balance charged the State Treasurer as being in his hands at the close of business, June 30, 1925, was Twenty-three Million, Four Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty-three Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($23,497,843.16) as appears by the books of this department.
