SEC. I. That section 10 of an act approved March 8, 1883, be amended to read as follows:

That a fishing tackle consisting of a rod or Legal fishing pole, line and hook, or spear shall be the only lawful way tackle defined. that fish can be taken in any of the streams, lakes, or ponds of this territory. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Montana:

SEC. I. That section 204, chapter XIII, fourth division, criminal laws of Montana territory, be amended so as to read as follows:
