GENERAL NOTE. This report contains the text of the several bills reported by the commission as finally amended by the Legislature. The notes at the end of the sections indicate changes made by the Legisla ture from the bills as originally introduced. The Tax Law, State Charities Law, Poor Law, Insanity Law, Domestic Commerce Law, Benevolent Orders Law, Real Property Law, Domestic Relations Law and the general repealing act were passed by the Legislature, approved by the Governor and became chapters of the law of 1896, as indicated at the beginning of each law.
