THE terms of the Supreme Court are held at Topeka, on the first Tuesday of January and the first Tuesday of July, in each year; but there will be a meeting of the Court for hearing cases in every month except August-each session beginning on the first Tuesday of the month. At each such session, all cases will be assigned for hearing in which service was completed prior to the first day of the preceding month.

THE terms of the Circuit Court for the district of Kansas are held as follows: At Wichita, on the first Monday of March and the second Monday of September; at Topeka, on the fourth Monday of November; at Leavenworth, on the first Monday of June; and at Fort Scott, on the second Monday of January.

THE terms of the District Court for Kansas are held as follows: At Topeka, on the second Monday in April; at Salina, (by consent or special order,) on the second Monday of May; at Wichita, on the first Monday of March and the second Monday of September; at Leavenworth, on the second Monday of October; and at Fort Scott, on the second Monday of January.
