These Cyclopedic books are large. The Code of Civil Procedure alone, including index, contains 2,976 pages. The three volumes contain more valuable matter than is to be found in 12 ordinary volumes. One Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Sections of these Codes are identical with the laws of Oklahoma. The Annotations in these Codes is superior to any. The Hon. Horace Speed, Ex-United States Attorney for Oklahoma, and one of the most prominent lawyers in the Southwest, in a letter to the publishers, commenting on the value and merit of these Codes, said: "I own and have used since they were published Kerr's Cyclopedic Codes of California. The annotations are the best and most quickly get-at-able of any I have seen. The history of each section is most helpful. So much of our statute law is identical with them, so much like them, and the divergencies are commonly so well understood by comparison, that to the Oklahoma lawyer they are invaluable both in matters of practice and of substantive law." By arrangement with Messrs Bender-Moss Company, the editor of this Journal has been made the Oklahoma agent for the sale of these Annotated Codes. He trusts that of his many patrons for the Journal to find many that will secure this great library of law and practice. Address: D. H.
